The Ye Family opened their restaurant in 2017 with the goal of providing healthy and delicious food for their daughter, who attended Colorado State University at the time. After their daughter graduated from CSU, the Ye’s family passed down ownership to one of their own, Jason, who now currently runs the restaurant. Jason continues to run the Ye’s family tradition of providing fresh and flavorful food for students and families in Fort Collins.

It is a bowl that you make to your liking. The base you get to choose from is rice or salad.Then you get to choose your protein. After that, you get to choose your topping and voila your unique and tasty bowl is done.
